Four light-industrial buildings rising on Airport Road in Oceanside — and on this one, the roof is the job. PJ Empire furnishes and installs the panelized roof structures over the masonry shells: glulam and sawn framing, sheathing, and the hardware that ties it all together.
Each building also carries a mezzanine floor package — joists and sheathing set into the shell, ready for the trades that follow. Four buildings, one crew rhythm, repeated clean.
